DynamicMaps - Address & Street Management – New: Edit BLPU – Validate & Clickable link to Parent UPRN

The DynamicMaps Address & Street Management Application has been updated to now add an option within the Edit BLPU page to validate Parent UPRNS and allow users to click a link from a Child record to the Parent UPRN.

The Edit BLPU page for any Address record has been updated to add a Tick/Cross and Open button to the right of the Parent UPRN value.

The Green Tick denotes that the Parent UPRN is valid. If we wish to check this, simply press the Green Tick and it validates the Parent UPRN value. If it returns as a Green Tick, then the value is valid.

However, if we edit the Parent UPRN value manually to an incorrect value and press the Green Tick to validate the Parent UPRN, notice the Green Tick changes to a Red Cross as the value is now Invalid.

For a valid Parent UPRN you can also press the OPEN button to the right of the Green Tick,….

… and the corresponding Parent UPRN record will open.

This now allows you to quickly validate Parent UPRN values and link directly from a Child Address record to the Parent UPRN record.
