Inventor 2023 - Defining The Mating Surfaces For An Electrical Inventor 3D Part

In this month’s Tips and Tricks, we show how to correctly define the mating faces (iMates) of an electrical 3D Inventor part. This facilitates auto mounting of components to the DIN rail; components will automatically butt up to one another and components will auto place on the enclosure door if a door mounted part.
