Cadline is pleased to announce we have completed Phase One Development for our new Mobile App – MapThat Mobile!
To complement our Web Mapping Application – MapThat – we are developing a Mobile Application to enable users to utilise our intuitive web mapping in a mobile friendly version.
MapThat is a high-end web mapping application, with desktop GIS capabilities and allows you to deliver your GIS needs quickly across the web to users on a desktop device.
MapThat Mobile, will now allow your users and specifically field engineers to utilise the intuitive design of MapThat on their mobile devices!
Phase One development is now completed, and includes the following options so far:
Secure login screen, with rest password options, as well as a choice of Roles and Projects, enabling you to customise your mobile maps dependent on the user’s requirements – e.g., Grounds Maintenance Engineer, Street Cleansing Operative….
Intuitive and user-friendly map design, with a choice of any web enabled basemapping.
Choice of displaying any of your Spatial and DataPoint Database layers directly accessing live data from the cloud.
As well as options to show any number of external Web Map Services (WMS) such as layers from the Environment Agency e.g. flood zones
Geolocation enabled and Tracking options, allowing the map to auto update and track your movements as you navigate out on site.
Phase Two starts soon and will see the development of the Measure Tool and Editing Capabilities within MapThat Mobile.
