Revit – Resetting and Acquiring Co-ordinates

One of the new features for Revit 2021.1 (update 2021.1 needs to be installed) can be used when working with Shared coordinates. There are still many Revit users who get confused with Revit models and shared coordinates. The first new feature is easy to reset the shared coordinates.

Similarly, you will now get much more information when acquiring coordinates from linked DWG, DGN and Revit files. In the dialog below you can see that a GIS Coordinate System has been recognised and displayed to the user once you select ‘Acquire Coordinates’.
