Since 2019 and onwards, Cymap has been using Cadline Cloud to authorise Cymap licenses. If you have signed out and forgot (it happens), or misplaced your login details you can use either of these two methods without any need for technical support to help you gain access again.
The Log-in screen will ask you for your username and password, at the bottom of the dialog box you can reset your password by clicking the link shown in blue.
It will take you to this page in Cadline Cloud.
