BIM 360: Revit IFC Type Parameters

A recent Navisworks update has actually also been applied to BIM 360. In Navisworks 2021 Update 1 it is listed as:

“Family Type properties are now displayed for IFC files exported from Revit (NW55846).”

In BIM 360 previously, a Revit file exported to IFC would only show its instance parameters and no custom type parameters would show. The properties finished at Revit Type showing a combined property:

Now with the latest update to BIM 360, with the exact same IFC file, we can now clearly see expanded titles and the custom type parameter:
