The size a tooltip displays on screen can be changed by entering the command TOOLTIPSIZE into the command line and editing the Tooltip system variable by inputting a value between -3 and 6.

The default variable for the TOOLTIPSIZE is 0 and goes down as far as -3 and up as high as 6.

An example of a tooltip is the values that display when hovering over a rectangle to display its sizes.
