BIM 360: Collaboration Problems

One of the most common BIM 360 problems is when a user can access the project on the BIM 360 website, but cannot access the project via the software. This could be Revit Cloud Worksharing, or Collaboration for Civil 3D/Plant 3D.

The first thing to check is that user has been assigned the correct Products and Services via the Autodesk Account. This is done at manage.autodesk.com com under User Management. The user HAS to be assigned BIM 360 Design, not just BIM 360. Also check that the required services below it are ticked:
