When you insert a symbol such as a relay or contactor, the pin information and therefore the associated contacts are defined by the primary manufacturers part information assigned. What happens when you want an additional auxiliary contact associated?

The auxiliary blocks contacts automatically piggy back the existing pin/contacts definition whether the part is an optional or mandatory accessory:

Assigning Mandatory & Optional Accessories

As an example…

With accessory:

If there are multiple optional accessories defined through AC_Elec_Aux_MN_04.png, the order of the contacts are defined by the sequence added. The order can be changed by selecting AC_Elec_Aux_MN_05.png.
