Inventor - Change component base unit

The default standard quantity for an Inventor part is “Each”, but certain components may need to use a different unit type.
The base unit can be changed for any component, given that a parameter with that specific unit type exists in the file.

The new parameter can be set as the base unit by going into Tools -> Document settings -> Bill of Materials.
