The release of AutoCAD 2020 introduced new functionality to the block pallet, including the recent blocks tab (Fig 1). This is a great feature as it holds up to 100 recently used blocks, however at times I have found the list of 100 previously used blocks can become too large and a bit cumbersome.
If you would prefer to reduce the number of blocks available in the block pallet, use the command BLOCKMRULIST to set the system variable so it only holds your desired number of recent blocks (Fig 2).
The below example has been changed from 100 to 10 (Fig 3).
