Civil 3D – How to find your serial number

I often get this question from users who have difficulty locating their serial number of their product. This reference, along with the product key and license type, can be accessed from the About Autodesk Civil 3D command located in the top right-hand corner of the screen on a drop-down menu.

On the about screen, choose ‘manage license’ and then select the chevron icon marked to access the license information. Although the screen shot shown relates to Civil 3D, it is a similar process for other products like AutoCAD, Revit and 3ds Max.
