How do I reset 2020 Autodesk license types?

Answer:

On previous versions you could delete the relevant product’s LGS.data file. Then select the license type when reopening the product. However, 2020 has a new method that involves opening a command prompt and navigating to the following folder -

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdskLicensing\Current\helper

The following sample command sets the license type for AutoCAD 2020 to a single user license:

AdskLicensingInstHelper change -pk 001L1 -pv 2020.0.0.F -lm USER
