    Question:

    Why does my licensed Revit keep changing to Viewer Mode?

    Answer:

    There is a known licensing fault with Revit and Revit LT 2020 that requires installation of a hotfix. This can be obtained via your installed Autodesk Desktop App, under My Updates.  The issue should only affect users whose subscription contracts are set to auto-renew.
