Users who have recently installed Revit 2020 and wish to access the help menu are being presented with an error message which reads as per the image below:

This is exactly the same problem outlined in my colleague’s blog when Revit 2018 was released:

https://www.cadlinecommunity.co.uk/hc/en-us/articles/115005005585-Revit-2018-Online-Help-Not-Working

The Revit 2020 help files can be accessed by clicking on the following link:

https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2020/ENU/

Notice the ENU rather than the ENG in the link. Whilst that gives access to the help menus, it would be nice if Revit could access the correct location by default.

Editing the Revit.ini file, as described in the blog will fix the problem, but substitute 2018 with 2020 instead. Hitting the F1 key or the help button within Revit should work now as expected!
