AutoCAD 2019 – Mirroring Text

This isn’t new to AutoCAD, but the comment “text objects do not mirror” cropped up in a recent training course. See Figure 1:

The reason for this, is that by default, the system variable “Mirrtext” is set to “0”. If the value is changed to “1”, the selected text will mirror correctly as shown in Figure 2:

This system variable works with both “Single Line” and “Multi-Line” text.
