AutoCAD 2019 – Controlling the Display of Icons in the Status Bar

When first installed AutoCAD displays several icons in the status bar, as shown in Figure 1.

To add or remove icons in the status bar, select the icon on the far right of the status bar as shown in Figure 2.

This will display all the icons that appear in the “Status Bar” with ticks on the left side of the command, a sample of the menu is shown in Figure 3.

Select the tick to clear. That icon will no long be displayed in the “Status Bar”.
