V-Ray License Server - Basics

• To check that your on-line license is activated, select the “Manage Chaos License Server”.

• The web portal should show your login user name and the Online Licensing should be green, stating that it is active.

• If the following page is displayed, select “Enable Online Licensing”.

• Sign In with your Chaos login details to activate.

• Your licensing will now become active.

• You can check the status of the licenses by selecting the product in the web portal.

• This will display the total licenses available to you, including render nodes and their activity.

• The license server application is registered as a windows service, named VRLService so will automatically start with the machine.
