Revit 2019 Cobie Tool Zone Select and Update Modify Options

The Revit 2019 Cobie Tool Zone Select and Update Options are an important part of one of the three BIM tools which you can download from Autodesk’s BIM Interoperability Site. The tools have been updated in Revit 2019 and now have a new location on the BIM Interoperability Tools Tab.

The Zone tool allows the creation of zones from the spaces in the Revit model to which Cobie data is then assigned. The Modify and Update tools allow you to select and update the fields that appear in the Cobie schedules. It is an essential part of the BIM Level 2 requirement. I have divided the instructional videos into the three distinct stages of the process. This is part of the second stage explaining the modify options within the Cobie Tool.
