MapThat – The OpenStreetMap Basemap is not Rendering

Question:

The OpenStreetMap Basemap is rendering ok within MapThat when using Chrome, but it is not rendering in MapThat when using Internet Explorer, how can I resolve this issue?

Answer:

The likely cause of this issue is the BASE_URL value being used for your OSM basemap.

Check the VE_BASELAYERS table and edit the BASE_URL value for OpenStreetMap to use a HTTPS (not http) value, and the OpenStreetMap basemap will now render within MapThat when using Internet Explorer.
