elecworks 2018 – Nailboard Drawings Within PTC Creo

Nailboard design within PTC Creo is not a feature of elecworks™ for PTC Creo but the PTC Creo specific functionality does utilise elecworks™ wire, cable and component data. The connection intelligence of the nailboard design is defined within the elecworks schematic for the 3D nailboard design utilising the industry specific elecworks™ Onboard features. PTC Creo Parametric includes effectively a Lite version of the HMX (Harness Manufacturing Extension). As you can see from the feature table below, the Lite version is really a showcase for the Standard or Advanced versions because of the Lite versions limitations on wires, components, table reports and features.
