MapThat – Scale Print Job ‘Input String Error’

Question:

I receive an error message regarding Input String Error, when I view the Scale Print Job List, how can I resolve this?

Answer:

If you receive an error message when you click on the Scale Print Job List, stating “Input String was not in correct Format”, this is because there are invalid records in the MT_Print_Jobs Table.

To resolve this error message, choose to View the MT_Print_Jobs table and run a series of SQL Queries to check for BLANK /NULL values in these Columns:

• COLSETINDEX
• VMLMM_FLAG

If you find any records which have blank values, you can either insert a value or remove that record.

Once you have resolved any blank/null values in the MT_Print_Jobs table, if you now view the Print Job List in MapThat, the list will show without any Error messages.
