elecworks 2018 – Creating Your Own Custom Objects Library

The Libraries Manager allows you to manage all of the application's libraries. They are not specific to the current project. A user can create a company specific library in order that all custom symbols, parts, cables, macros or title blocks are associated to the company library. This enables the user to quickly filter out custom created objects.

Select Library ribbon tab > Customisation panel > 

Define a Name and a Description 

You can define which type of objects are associated to the library:

When you create a new symbol, part, cable, macro or title block you can assign the new object to the company specific library e.g.
