Question:

I have configured MapThat to utilise Project Global Variables, however I am getting the following error message, how can this be fixed?

Answer:

If you have used Project Global Variables within a MapThat Project and Layer, you will likely receive the above error message if you have not specified the Global Variable for each of your Projects in the VE_PROJECT_GLOBALVARS table. In this case I have exposed my Planning Apps layer in both my Leicester (id 28) and Liverpool (id 1037) project.

However, my current VE_PROJECT_GLOBALVARS table only has one record for the Leicester Project.

So if I try to visualise the Planning Apps Layer in my Liverpool Project I receive this error message:

To resolve this error, I simply need to add a new record to the VE_PROJECT_GLOBALVARS table which contains the variable for my new Liverpool project (1037).

If I now re-login to the Liverpool Project, the Planning Apps layer will now show and the error message is resolved.
