AutoCAD 2018 - Ribbon Menus 2

Continuing from my previous blog some users may experience “Accidental Loss” of either “Ribbon Tabs”, “Ribbon Panels” or even both.  

To restore “Lost” “Ribbon Tabs”, either right click on the space at the far right of the “Ribbon” to display a menu as shown in Figure 1, at this location there are no icons.

Alternatively, right click on any of the “Panel Titles” as shown in Figure 2.

In both cases the options to “Show Tabs” and “Show Panels” can be selected.

Select “Show Tabs” to add or remove tabs from the “Ribbon” as shown in Figure 3.

To add or remove “Panels”, select the “Show Panels” option, as shown in Figure 4.

Note: - The “Show Panels” option will only show the “Panels” in the current “Tab”. In Figure 4 the “Panels” shown are for the “Home” tab.
