Introduction
Shared Parameters in Revit – Overall Concept
Consider an office layout (Midrise or Similar). Select a piece of furniture and examine the parameters unique to this item. (Click Edit Type first).
Look at the schedule – click on fields, we can see examples of the system parameters.
Using a Parameter in a more extensive way:
There are times when you want family parameters to be available to schedules, you may want them to appear in tags, you’d like to use those parameters in more than one family.
