    Question: Why can't I see any product updates in Autodesk Desktop App? 

    Answer: There are no product updates appearing in your Autodesk Desktop App despite having multiple products installed and licensed. You need to first logon by clicking ‘Sign In’ in the top right-hand corner of the app, then enter your Autodesk account details. To see further enhancements, click on ‘Access my complete list of products’ underneath the last listed product. This will open your Autodesk account portal, then click on ‘Product Updates’ in the top left of the page.
