    You may receive a “Failed to acquire license.  Please restart the product” error message when trying to log-in to Vault 2017 via the new Office 2016 add-ins.

    To solve, browse to:

    C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\CLM\V3\MSVC14\resources\adlm

    Copy the “en-US” folder and paste in situ, then rename it to your local language.  For the UK you want to use “en-GB”:


    Try logging in once more.

    This is a near-identical issue to the one posted here regarding the main client.
