Why are some buildings not the correct shape?

Answer:

Infraworks models the OS MasterMap Buildings using a combination of the 2 dimensional footprint of the building and the building height value to then extrude that building vertically. The shape of the building as it is extruded will stay the same as the 2 dimensional footprint. It is possible however, for iconic buildings (such as the Shard or Westminster Abbey) to download and import 3D Model representations into your Infraworks Model.
