What is the Small Icons option in ReportIt?

Answer

Within the Setup > Image Icons admin page there are two images that can be created for each icon type. The first URL provides the reference to a smaller version of the image, while the second URL provides the reference to a larger version of the image. The larger icons will by default be used when displaying ReportIt on a mobile device. However, when defining your Incident webpages you have the option to tick this box in order to use the smaller icons should you wish to.
