What is the OS Source tick box?

Answer

The Incidents > OS Source tickbox will define how the coordinates of the recorded incident is passed into the destination application. If the OS Source is ticked, then the coordinates will be passed in as BNG – easting and northings. If unticked, the coordinates are passed in as Lat/Long.
