What are the two types of Selection for ReportIt?

Answer

Reporting incidents can either be defined as Free or Fixed. Free incidents allow the user to click anywhere in the map window and do not need to be linked to existing assets or properties. For example these incldue incident types such as; Graffiti, Potholes, Flytipping etc.

Fixed incidents will occur on existing assets and as such the user must click on a map object in order to report an incident. For example these include incident types such as; StreetLight failure, issues with Street Furniture (signage, parking bays) etc.
