Is it possible to choose the zoom level at which users can report an incident?

Answer

Using the Incidents > Minimum Report Zoom Level Admin users can define at what zoom level the users can record incidents. By making the Zoom level too high this may mean that incidents are reported at incorrect locations. Instead you may wish to ensure that users can only enter new incidents when zoomed into level 18 or above, or when the OS MasterMap layer is being displayed.

If the user tries to record an incident when zoomed out beyond the Minimum Zoom level then a message will be returned telling them that they need to zoom into the map.
