The Oracle.DataAccess web page error will be related to settings of the Application Pool that your MapThat Web Service is using. In Internet Information Services, firstly check the App Pool that MapThat is using. To do this right click on the MapThat Web Service, then choose Manage Application and Advanced Settings, the Application Pool it is using will be listed there. Next, in IIS select the Application Pools list and then right click on the corresponding Application Pool e.g. ASP.NET v4.0 and choose Advanced Settings. In the Application Pools Advanced Settings ensure that the Enable 32-Bit Applications option is set to True.
