How can I define the style of the icons for my Data Layers in an Incident map?

Using the Data Layers > Data Layers admin page you can choose a Map Icon from the drop down list and this will define the style of map feature in the ReportIt Incident map. The Map Icon will however be overwritten if there is a Theme associated to the Data Layer.
