How can I add more Base Map layers to an Incident webpage?

Answer

The Base Mapping Layer tab within the Incident forms allow the Admin user to add additional Base Maps to an Incident Report map window. In addition a Base Map Layer can also be defined as the default Base Map which means that it will be displayed by default when the Incident map opens.
