    Issue: 

    You have installed your Autodesk product(s), and have updated the service packs / hotfix’s manually without using the Autodesk Application Manager.  You are finding that the Application Manager has not updated and still showing these updates as available.

     

    Solution:

    • Exit the Autodesk Application Manager
    • Open the Windows task manager and stop the Autodesk Application Manager Service (AdAppMgrSvc)
    • Browse to the following directory and delete the folder SDS
      • C:\Programdata\Autodesk
    • Re-start the Autodesk Application Manager service
    • Launch the Autodesk Application Manager
