Issue:
You have installed your Autodesk product(s), and have updated the service packs / hotfix’s manually without using the Autodesk Application Manager. You are finding that the Application Manager has not updated and still showing these updates as available.
Solution:
- Exit the Autodesk Application Manager
- Open the Windows task manager and stop the Autodesk Application Manager Service (AdAppMgrSvc)
- Browse to the following directory and delete the folder SDS
- C:\Programdata\Autodesk
- Re-start the Autodesk Application Manager service
- Launch the Autodesk Application Manager
