Autodesk Configurator 360

Autodesk Configurator 360 is a cloud service that allows you to build customer facing product configurators. This configurator website can then be shared with your clients or sales team who can then customise your products from a web browser. There's even an iPad app for your sales team.

The models will obviously have to be configurable, so will need some iLogic in the background to help with changes to the design, and to add logical design rules, so that whatever is chosen, is actually possible to manufacture. But once the model works in Inventor, it is simply uploaded to the cloud.
