For those of you who use Revit and have used it for a while, you will know that the TAB key is crucial in trying to select elements effectively, but did you know there is an additional part to the TAB key.
When cycling through elements, quite often you will cycle through a bit too far. Now at this point nearly everyone, including me would normally carry on cycling through until the element is highlighted again. This does not have to be the case. If you go past the required element simply hold down SHIFT & TAB, and this will reverse the cycling, and go back to the element you just passed.
