How to change the date format in Inventor 2012

Inventor stores various dates (creation date, approved by dates etc) that can be pulled into your drawings, and the format of these dates is determined by your Windows settings. To change this, go to your ‘Region and Language’ section of the control panel. As shown by the screenshots below, the default CREATION DATE iproperty will display in the same format as the ‘Short Date’ in the Windows date and time formats. Note that to make a US (MM/dd/yyyy) format available you need to change the location to English (United States).
