For any of you looking to get your company drawings standards in line for 2012 I’ve put together a series of videos (about 25 mins worth) with detailed instruction on how to create a custom drawing standard. Also should be very useful for anyone a bit mystified by how the styles and standards work in Inventor drawings.

Note this is not a video on creating a drawing border. Drawing standards control everything that comes AFTER your drawing border, such as drawing views, dimensions, parts lists, balloons etc. We may create a Cadline Community video or white paper on how to create your own custom drawing border in the near future.

The videos cover how the drawing standards are put together, and then a step-by-step method for creating your own.
