Using RSA 2015 you can design and verify 3D Steel Section Connections with RSA 2015. Using the reactions forces created through the Structural system you can seamlessly use them directly in to the calculation for connection design based on country specify connection design codes. You can specify the connection geometry via RSA’s dialog boxes and through an iterative process produce a connection which is designed based on the reaction within the system.

As the Model changes your connection details update allowing faster turn around and verification for what can be time consuming hand calculations or specialist consulting fees. Once the connection is complete and verified to the design codes RSA can export the calculation to MS Word/Excel for inclusion into the final overall structural report.
