Copy & Paste Levels in Revit 2015

When starting a new project in Revit you don’t want to have to start creating all new levels for each floor etc. If you have set yourselves up a standard template you would have a number of levels already pre-set.

Let’s say for arguments sake you have just received the Revit model from the Architect and you want the same levels as his does. You can simply start creating them using the ‘Level’ command but this can take time if you have a lot set up. Linking the model in and using the Copy/Monitor tool is another good option, but have you ever thought simply coping the levels from one project to another.  Well we can do this by using the ‘Copy to clipboard’ tool and ‘Aligned to Picked Levels’.
