Ever thought how strange it is, when you’re working on a drawing and using the scroll wheel of the mouse to zoom in and out of the drawing. The function seems back to front, you turn the mouse wheel away from you and AutoCAD zooms in; turn the mouse wheel towards you and AutoCAD zoom out.
Type in ZOOMWHEEL (all one word) and set to 1, the zoom directions are reversed, now when you turn the scroll wheel away from you, AutoCAD zooms out and turn the scroll wheel towards you AutoCAD zooms in.
AutoCAD now works like Autodesk Inventor.
Setting the command ZOOMWHEEL to 0 will change it back.
