Problem:
You're learning a few tricks in iLogic, but would like to get quicker at copying and pasting lines of code
Solution:
CTRL + c with nothing selected.
Explanation:
Well I must admit – I was amazed when I came across this (and also slightly ashamed that I'd never noticed it before!).
You may be aware that you can pick a whole line of text by left clicking to the left of the line as shown below:
But did you know – that step is not required in order to copy and paste the whole line. Simply hit CTRL + c when you finish typing the line (i.e. with nothing selected) and it will copy the whole line to the clipboard, which can then be pasted with CTRL + v to the next line.
Try it. Go on - save yourself some valuable microseconds!
