Revit 2015 and the Equal Sign

After years of using a calculator I’ve become very lazy when it comes to working figures out and using Revit still means this is still possible.

When changing a Temporary dimension and you’re unsure of the final length simple put the equals sign (=) in first and then your figures along with any basic operators to let Revit do the Math for you.

You can use the same principle again in the Type Properties and for pretty much anything that uses numbers as well as in family creation when creating Parameters
