AutoCAD 2013 - Are you some Tools short of a Ribbon?

Loading missing menu group in AutoCAD 2013 within Inventor Suite for 2D layouts linked to Inventor 3D models.

Having recently installed my Inventor 2013 Suite I was keen to test-out the new facility to create 2D drawings in AutoCAD that are dynamically linked to the Inventor 3D models.

 However, I could see that my Layout Ribbon was missing the essential Inventor Buttons to interface with Inventor.   I discovered that the menu group `MODELDOC.CUI’ was not loaded.
