Generate an Orthographic Drawing - Plant 3D

In AutoCAD Plant 3D I am struggling to generate an Orthographic drawing. The view selection window takes a long time to load or it crashes before it completes loading. Is there anything I can do?

The Orthographic View Selection drawing that initially loads the selected models and displays the ortho cube is created from an AutoCAD drawing template. The visual style that is stored in the template is applied to the Orthographic View Selection drawing. Changing the visual style to 2D-wireframe will significantly reduce the time and resources required to create the Orthographic View Selection drawing.

The template is called OrthoTemp.dwt and is located in the Windows user local template folder.

For Plant 3D 2012:
..\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2012 -
English\R18.2\enu\Template\OrthoTemp.dwt

For Plant 3D 2013:
..\AppData\Local\Autodesk\AutoCAD Plant 3D 2013 -

To change the visual style, simply open the dwt file in AutoCAD, change the current visual style setting and save the template."
