What does the press and drag tick box do in the bottom corner?

Answer
The press and drag box, when ticked, will allow users to click on an element and then drag it without releasing the mouse. If the box is un-ticked, then user has to click on the element, release the mouse and then click and hold to drag an element. This is particularly useful when new users have busy models and don’t want to accidentally drag elements from their positions.
